mixed experience at this resort

the location was acceptable, close to the beach and markets.
the balcony was tiny, we could not even stand there (just two people). i feel cheated by the hotel, especially considering the price i paid.

Wonderful stay, great staff!

kind staff attentive staff amazing experience
The staff took care of us from arrival. Boy was especially amazing. He was always kind and asked if we needed anything. He was very charismatic that much better. I would stay here again because the staff ensured we did not lift a finger.
The street was noisy at times.

the staff was friendly and helpful.
the elite pool access room was not great. it was small, and the pool area felt exposed (i could hear everything people said). there were also many mosquitoes in the patio and inside the room, which i found very disturbing.

I adored the large room i was given. It had all the amenities i needed, even a bag with necessities for the beach! breakfast was generous. I appreciated the live cooking station for pasta and omelets, it added a personal touch.
The room was smaller than i anticipated. I couldn't move comfortably though it was romantic!
